Information you share with us

Our subscription services are managed through our payment provider RevenueCat, a trusted platform that uses your Apple or Google account to verify your subscription status. Each user is assigned an anonymous user ID, which is the only data we can access. RevenueCat is SOC 2-certified and GDPR-compliant. The information you provide about your child in the app, such as name and date of birth, is stored exclusively on your device and is not shared with us or any third party.

We may also collect personal data that you voluntarily provide during interactions with us, such as customer service requests or responses to customer surveys.

Technical information we automatically collect

When you use the Petra app, a certain amount of technical information is automatically collected from your mobile device. This includes an anonymous unique identifier, data on which games you play, and the version of the app you are using. None of this data is personally identifiable. This data is collected through our analytics provider, Mixpanel.

We also use Meta's App Events technology in the app. This allows us to collect anonymous engagement information, such as when a user arrives at Petra after clicking on an advertisement. We use this information only to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

The data we collect is used exclusively to improve our app and enhance your user experience. The engagement data collected through Meta App Events is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
